Since his arrival in Roscrea in 1993 from his native Germany, Werner Groll has read a lot of material on the town and its history. He quickly identified that Roscrea has a great past. This provided him with the inspiration to create some wonderful pieces of wood sculpture. Werner's artworks can be seen in many public places and premises around Roscrea.
